Service Description

In today's diverse and interconnected world, it is crucial for supervisors in the counseling field to be adept at navigating and addressing cultural nuances within the supervisory relationship. This training is designed to equip counseling supervisors with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide effective and culturally sensitive supervision to their supervisees using culturally integrated models of supervision. By the end of this training, participants will be better equipped to foster a culturally responsive supervisory environment, ultimately enhancing the effectiveness and inclusivity of counseling supervision.
