The relationship between a supervisor and a supervisee is integral to the professional development and success of the counselor-in-training. This workshop is designed to provide clinical supervisors with a comprehensive understanding of the importance of matching supervisees effectively. There will be a deep dive into the intricacies of identifying the supervisee match that fosters growth, self-awareness, and clinical competence. By the end of this workshop, participants will explore the art and science of identifying the right supervisee match in counseling, ultimately enhancing the quality of supervision.
